How do I schedule a consultation to discuss my wedding flowers? We'd love to chat! Fill out the Contact Us form or shoot us an email. Please let us know some dates that work well for you, and we'll get either a virtual or in-person meeting on the books.

How do I reserve my wedding date and order? Before your first consultation, a $50 deposit will reserve your wedding date with us. A 50% deposit after your first consultation will confirm your order. We accept cash, check, card, or Venmo.

What should I bring to my consultation or send afterward? It's helpful if you have a inspiration photos for your bridal bouquet and overall floral vision. Other details including wedding party numbers, reception table details, venue location, etc. will help us understand your desired look and recommend the best options.

Flower Availability & Selection

What flowers are typically available during certain times of the year? While Mother Nature ultimately dictates what's blooming, we can provide you with a PDF showcasing examples of what we typically have available during specific months (e.g., May - October). We cannot guarantee specific flower varieties, but we can guarantee color palettes.

Do you supply bulk flowers for purchase? Yes, we do! Please reach out, and we can provide you with our wholesale pricing list. This list also includes estimated availability times, but we recommend checking closer to your date for exact stock.

When is your wholesale delivery day? We offer wholesale delivery on Thursday mornings in the greater Nashville Area. Other delivery dates may be able to be accomodated upon request.

Floral Services & Pricing

What's the difference between the Flower Bar and Buckets of Blooms? Our Flower Bar is designed for brides and their bridal parties to arrange their own bouquets, or for baby shower or birthday party guests to create their own arrangements. We provide delivery and set up as part of the service, and can provide a private bouquet making/arranging instructional class for an additional charge. However, if you're looking for DIY flowers to simply go into vases without the interactive element, Buckets of Blooms might be a more cost-effective option for you.

How much do arbor arrangements or other wedding installations cost? The price for wedding installations such as arbor arrangements varies based on the size of the floral coverage, the types of flowers used, and the amount of flowers used. Petite arrangements with more greenery and fewer flowers can start in the $600-$1200 range. A standard installation with large focal flowers and good coverage would typically be in the $2000 - $4000 range. It's best to determine the specific look you're going for first, and then we can provide more accurate pricing.

What are your charges for delivery and on-site installation?

• Delivery Fee: We charge $0.75 per mile for delivery.

• Service Fee for Installations: For on-site installations, we charge a 15% service fee of the entire day's arrangements and installations. This fee covers the additional time and staffing required for the volume and size of your wedding day installations.

Can I avoid delivery and service fees? Yes! If you choose to order pre-made arrangements and pick them up yourself, you will not be charged either of these fees.

Pick-Up Options

When can I pick up my wedding flowers? For pre-made arrangements, we highly recommend picking them up the morning of your wedding to ensure they are as fresh as possible. If you're picking up Buckets of Blooms for self-arranging, several days ahead is fine, with Wednesday to Thursday being pretty standard for a Saturday wedding.

What are your hours for the "Bucket of Blooms – You Pick" option? We don't have set hours for "You-Pick." We work with you based on your needs and availability. We highly recommend early morning you-picks as flowers do best when harvested in cooler temperatures. Our team starts at 6:30 AM, and you're welcome to arrive then or anytime after. It typically takes about an hour to pick one bucket, but it can be faster with more people helping!
